What time slots are available for the appointments?
Appointment times are 9.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm Tuesday to Saturday depending upon availability. Please note, if you book an appointment when you are abroad the appointment will come through in the timezone you are booking in so please check the time of your appointment vs the time slots we provide.
Do I have to book a Mother of the Bride or Mother of the Groom appointment?
We ask you to book an appointment as we assign fitting rooms to appointments to ensure you will have space to try your outfits and have a member of the team to assist you on a 1-2-1 basis. Your appointment is 1.5 hours long. If your wedding is from March 2026 onwards please do not book an appointment until Dec 2025 or Jan 2026. We receive all our new collections through December and January so the 2026 collection will be different. Please arrive on time as we cannot accommodate early arrivals.
Can two people share one Mother of the Bride or Mother of the Groom appointment?
If more than one person is looking for an outfit please book separate appointments. We recommend booking one after another, ideally Mother of the Bride followed by Mother of the Groom.
What if I am planning to lose weight for my occasion?
We can only alter a dress by one dress size so please book your appointment when you are close to your target weight. To ensure our tailoress can alter your outfit so it fits perfectly please make sure you book in your alterations appointment 6-8 weeks before your event.
What should I expect in my Mother of the Bride or Mother of the Groom appointment?
Your appointment will be 1.5 hours long. You will be shown the full collections from all designers by one of our trained stylists. Our store is organised by colour so you will be guided around the store and can select dresses to try as you go round. Our stylist will then assist you in finding the right style, shape, colour and size and any matching accessories you require. Please try to avoid wearing strong perfume if possible.
Can I bring friends or family to my appointment?
Please note that in the interest of comfort for all customers and space limitations, the total number of people allowed to attend the appointment is limited to 3 ie: the customer in whose name the appointment is booked plus a maximum of 2 guests. Unfortunately children are not permitted to attend & we cannot accomodate prams/pushchairs.
Are there any rules when it comes to choosing a Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom outfit?
It is normal for the Mother of the Bride to select her outfit before the Mother of the Groom but this doesn’t have to be the case. We do suggest that ladies do not book double appointments as it is best for an appointment to remain focused on one person at a time.
Do I need to bring anything to my Mother of the bride or mother of the groom appointment?
We suggest you bring the underwear or shapewear you plan to wear on the day as this will assist with styling, fitting and alteration requirements. Please do not apply fake tan before your appointment in order to avoid garments being marked.
When do your 2026 Spring/Summer Mother of the Bride and mother of the Groom Collections arrive?
Our 2026 Spring/Summer stock will start to arrive towards the end of December 2025 and through early January and February.
How long do I need to allow for Mother of the bride and mother of the groom alterations?
We have an in house seamstress and offer a full alteration service. We ask you to allow 6-8 weeks for any alterations.
Can I try online Sale occasion wear dresses on in my appointment?
Our online occasion wear Sale outfits are not available to try in store in your appointment, they can only be bought online.
